All Systems Unavailable Due To A Critical Upgrade

6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 21 through 12:00 p.m. Monday, July 22*

A scheduled system outage will temporarily prevent access to your Andrews Federal account(s). This outage comes as a direct result of a critical system upgrade. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the performance, reliability, and security of our systems.

We will begin the scheduled maintenance at 6:00 p.m. EST in the evening on Sunday, July 21, and the estimated completion time is 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, July 22. During this time, all Andrews Federal branches will be closed and all online services will be unavailable. However, you may still use your Andrews Federal Visa debit and credit cards as usual for purchases and cash advances.

The following services will be unavailable:

  • The Contact Center 
  • All Andrews Federal Branches (stateside and overseas)
  • Online Banking and Mobile App
  • Bill Pay or Euro Bill Pay
  • Telephone Banking

In addition, if you have any bills, loans, or credit card payments that are scheduled to be paid on July 21 or July 22, we recommend adjusting your pay date prior to July 15 to avoid any late or missed payments.
